Payments made for our services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This is because our services involve digital deliverables, time investment, and professional resources that are allocated immediately after project initiation.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was made in error or duplicated.
  • Payment was made for a service that has not yet been initiated.
  • A project is cancelled before any work has commenced.
Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refund Request Process

  • Payment reference or receipt
  • Reason for the refund request
Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on payment provider and banking timelines.
